Description:
LPT-CNC-A parallel interface board is a high performance interface board with high speed optical coupling (EL817) design. It adopts the new pulse shaping technology to isolate the parallel interface and peripherals of the computer and effectively protect the computer equipment. Therefore, it is very suitable for the direct use of computer control peripherals as industrial applications. It is an excellent interface card to solve the anti-interference function of the field switching signal input and digital control signal output.
Features:
1> Provide Twelve way OC (open-collector mode) outputs, the output limit frequency up to 100KHz, and Five way photoelectric isolation common-ground signal inputs.
2> DC 5V Power supply, No power supply is required at the output end.
3> All output signals of computer parallel port are shaped by Schmitt trigger to improve the anti-interference of digital signal transmission.
4> It can be used with parallel port control software for industrial control applications.
5> Supports parallel CNC control software such as KCAM4, EMC2/linuxcnc etc., and Max supports up to 6 axes.
6> It can be used with step and servo drive of all pulse and direction signals to control lathe and milling machine for numerical control operation.
7> The input end can be connected with external mechanical switch, trough type optocoupler, proximity switch, Optical tool presetter, etc.
8> The signals from ports P1 to P17 of the interface board correspond to pins 1 to 17 of the parallel port signals of the computer. Pins 18 to 25 of the parallel port are the power supply ground.
9> The overall size is 80x58mm, and the positioning hole is 72x50mm.
