Faulty Items
If you received an item that's faulty, please contact us with your order number and the item that's not working along with any photos that might show the damage or the fault (if applicable) so we can quickly sort it out for you.
Where a product is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will at our discretion, either:
- repair the product; or
- replace the product; or
- give you a full refund.

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement, then the FASTEST way is to lodge a request. Then just follow the simple instructions to create your product return / replacement request. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible.
