Vintage 60s Handmade Striped Rick Rack Applique & Beaded Maxi Skirt.

Over the top frippy handmade striped full skirt with rick rack oversized pink and blue applique flowers with beaded detail. One tiny stain, but overall in excellent vintage condition.
