POSTAGE

We currently offer FREE TRACKED 2 DAY POSTAGE on most items with same day dispatch if paid for before 3pm, this applies to mainland UK ONLY. Other locations will incur a surcharge from the courier, please message with your Postcode for an accurate quote of postage if you are not mainland. During Covid we have still been able to provide an excellent and fast service but there are no and again some delays unfortunately, all items are sent with tracking available so please bare in mind that there may be a small delay but overall the majority of our parcels do arrive on time.

PALLET DELIVERIES

If you purchase a large item that requires palleting these will be sent within 2 working days and are usually 24 hour delivery, 48 hour at most. For pallets we need you to send your email address and a contact number along with your order.

WARRANTY

All used parts come with 14 or 30 days warranty, depending. Warranty is for parts only, we are not responsible for labour/garage charges or faults as a result of fitting this part.

RETURNS

In the case of any issues with a part received please don't hesitate to contact us before you leave negative feedback so that we can rectify this, we will endeavour to leave you satisfied with our service.

If the error has been made by us, once returned we will test and check the part and a replacement will be provided, in the event of not having one in stock a full refund will be provided. In this instance we will also cover the return postage cost.

If the error is down to the customer ordering the wrong item without checking, a 20% return handling fee will apply.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.

ALL items are security marked, if the returned item does not match the condition, overall look, make of the part or if there is any signs of tampering, dismantling or missing parts then a refund will NOT be issued and any warranties will be void.
