Very rare Homecoming Scotland 2014 Coca-Cola Diet Coke limited edition aluminium bottle and presentation box.

This was the second Homecoming Scotland year round celebration, the same year Coca-Cola celebrated 50 years of their East Kilbride, Scotland bottling plant, hence the tie in.

Only 500 of these boxed versions were made (this is number 25) and they were not for general public sale.

Here's the drawback. This was my own personal one, gifted by someone involved, which I used to have on display.  

However, unfortunately, the cap seems to have corroded from the inside, with very minor holes, leading to the coke escaping  out of the bottle, causing the damage that you can see. The tartan cover of the box isn't too bad, but the white box part isn't good.  I think it happened when stored in a garage with other belongings ready for a house move. 

As to the bottle, it has some remaining diet coke in it  and the aforementioned holes/minor corrosion to the top. Otherwise it looks ok.
