All of our watches are Authentic and brand new and come in the original packaging as displayed in the photo's along with the certificate of authenticity (if applicable) Items are checked before they are dispatched for any faults and imperfections however in the unlikely event that we miss something please do contact us in order for us to resolve any issues or if you have any questions or concerns, we strive to offer all of our customers a complete service before and after purchase for the entire time of the warranty period.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, Visa card payments can be made through PayPal via their guest check out service. We would request payment to be made within 2 days after committing to purchase an item from us.

Domestic Shipping

We will ship your order within one business day unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free for all orders within continental United States and will be shipped via USPS priority mail. We ship to the address given to us in PayPal. So please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. All our orders will require a signature, so please specify an address or work address that you can be available to receive the package and sign for it; USPS will leave a notice if they miss you, please make sure you organize a re-delivery date or a time to pick up at your local post office. 

We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, missed delivery, or are returned to us because of an insufficient address.

All our watches come with a two year limited warranty which is issued through ourselves. The warranty will be the same as the manufacturers warranty, (most movement issues are covered) straps are not. If you have any problems in this time please contact us through eBay messaging and will be happy to help and provide you with the return instructions so we can get any issues fixed. We will reimburse any shipping costs you may have after we fix the issue. 

We offer a 30 day return policy where by you can return the item in the same brand new unworn condition either for a refund or an exchange. All tags must be still on the watch for us to accept the return. 

Items must be in new condition, meaning unworn with the security tab (if applicable) intact. Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, Opening the inside of watch, and the  Removing of links.
