Return of products

Our policy, extending current regulations, is grant you the right to return any product you buy at Parts and Laptops within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in good condition and whenever possible with its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and confirmed that it is in good condition, we will make a refund on your behalf.

If you prefer the collection to be on our own, we will charge 5.90? for the costs of collection or management.

In the event that it is a return due to damage or errors on our part, together with the cost of the products, we will also reimburse you for the collection costs.

How to return an item?

We will not accept returns without the authorization of said department. You can send us the product or products to our address in Palma de Mallorca. If you prefer the collection to be on our own, we will charge 5.90? for the costs of collection or management.

The item must be in good condition, whenever possible include its original packaging and be properly packaged.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and its status has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount according to our Refund Policy

If the product is damaged, in poor condition or is not what you ordered, please fill out a return request in your purchase panel or in Contact.

The refund will always be made using the same method that you used in the purchase: transfer, PayPal, credit card or transfer in the case of cash on delivery orders.

Payments

You can buy quickly and safely using a credit card, debit card using Paypal or by bank transfer.

In case of paying cash on delivery, please contact us before placing the order.

The delivery time in the peninsular territory is between 3 and 4 working days. And for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: the delivery time is from 3 to 10 business days.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you may have to pay the IGIC or IPSI, you may also be charged for the DUA and customs fees not included in the amount of the order.

product guarantee

The warranty period for our products is 90 days from the date of delivery.. Does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when appropriate, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the replacement of the article or the reimbursement of its amount will be chosen in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value in the following cases:

If any of the data on the same or on the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.

If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
