This is an original etching of a company of French soldiers on the march down a road, drawn and signed by Edouard Detaille in 1884. The drawing is in very good condition with some normal signs of age but no damage, folds, or creases.

Note the image is 6x8 mounted on a 19X14 mat (the photo does not show the mating). The mat is white/cream in color
