All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales to Australia wide via AU POST.AU POST usually delivers between 2- 6 business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
Please ensure that you are providing the Correct delivery address before making payment, otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur.
We post every weekday only, except Public Holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1business day of receiving payment. (Please note that our cut off time is 8:30AM,So that if you purchase on Friday 8:31AM, your order will be processed next Monday.)
After dispatch, tracking number will be available.
Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AU POST. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.
