In the case that the height regulator has perforation delay, the dynamic perforation function can be used when starting the arc.
During the cutting process, real-time monitoring whether the arc really starts, if the arc breaks in the middle of the process, the height regulator will promptly notify the CNC system and close the arc starting relay to avoid a long time of arc to air piloting in case of arc break.
In the automatic heightening process, the actual arc pressure always closely follows the set arc pressure, basically no static difference.
During the automatic height adjustment process, the arc pressure setting can still be changed, so that the torch height can be fine-tuned in real time during the cutting process.
During the auto height adjustment process, the collision signal can be fed back to the CNC to avoid the CNC from still moving forward after the collision.
The arc pressure intelligent adjustment function can be used during the automatic height adjustment process.
After the cutting is finished, the height adjuster automatically raises the torch, and the raising height can be set arbitrarily.
