 F1621 type arc pressure regulator, is based on the plasma power field use, absorb the advantages of many domestic and foreign arc pressure regulator, developed aSimple operation, stable performance, full functionality and high cost performance。This equipment uses the basic constant current characteristic of plasma power supply to detect the change of plasma arc voltage to detect the change of plasma torch height and control the height between the torch and the workpiece in real time. It is suitable for height control of plasma torch with constant current characteristics or constant current characteristics within a certain voltage range.。Especially suitable for torch height control of portable, benchtop and gantry cutting machines。

   Equipment Features：

• This equipment adopts high brightness digital tube and LED light as arc voltage and signal indication, with clear display, stable anti-interference and long service life.
  The equipment uses buttons and digital knobs for parameter adjustment and operation, easy to use.
  The panel of this equipment adopts 60 degree bevel mounting method, which is suitable for portable CNC cutting machine operation.
  The device has a built-in divider and a full-angle metal shield, which makes the overall size smaller and better anti-interference.
  Built-in easy parameter setting, you can flexibly change the operation parameters in order to adapt to various complex working conditions.
  The parameters can be changed to adapt to external working conditions without any adjustment to the internal hardware of the device.
  The valid level of the input signal can be set. The input signal is active low by default. The active level can be changed to high.
  Input and output are isolated by optocoupler, which effectively protects the device from over-voltage and interference electromagnetic pulse.
  Arc start relay and arc start success relay adopt Omron power relay, which work reliably.
  The real-time level of input signal can be viewed during various working processes.
  Different working processes are interlocked to ensure no misoperation.
  In the case that the height regulator has perforation delay, the dynamic perforation function can be used when starting the arc.
  During the cutting process, real-time monitoring whether the arc really starts, if the arc breaks in the middle of the process, the height regulator will promptly notify the CNC system and close the arc starting relay to avoid a long time of arc to air piloting in case of arc break.
  In the automatic heightening process, the actual arc pressure always closely follows the set arc pressure, basically no static difference.
  During the automatic height adjustment process, the arc pressure setting can still be changed, so that the torch height can be fine-tuned in real time during the cutting process.
  During the auto height adjustment process, the collision signal can be fed back to the CNC to avoid the CNC from still moving forward after the collision.
  The arc pressure intelligent adjustment function can be used during the automatic height adjustment process.
  After the cutting is finished, the height adjuster automatically raises the torch, and the raising height can be set arbitrarily.
