Boeing began working on a 4-engine fully pressurized long-range Bomber in 1938.  By 1940 the U. S. Army Air Corps put the idea out for design and bid.  This is a book telling that story all the way to the end of World War II and beyond.       

The book is Very Good condition, tight and firm.  A bit of whitening at the perimeter.  That's it.  No foxing, no darkening. No wear.  The interiors are bright, clean, no dogears.  Tight and firm throughout.  No mustiness, No looseness, No smoke smell.
