This is the PS2 Slim Model Front Tiny LOGO with Metal Locking Clip ONLY.

 It has the Two pieces.

The Tiny LOGO has No Screws end to it.  

The LOGO has a Tiny Edge that the Metal Clips locks it into place. 

You have to pull off the Metal Clip then the LOGO comes with out.

 Both are intact as pictured.

 I have a few sets of these. 

This is NOT for the PS2 PHAT.

The Last photo shows how much larger the PHAT LOGO is the then Slim LOGO.

This should fit any Slim Top Cover but make sure yours is the same LOGO and Locking Metal Clip as pictured.
