These have two SHADES of Black.

They are Just Slightly different.

 If you need a exact Glossy or Flat Black contact me First before ordering as I Never know what I may have or can tell the difference when pulling. 

This is for the Black 360 PHAT Only. 

The two models are told apart by this and the glossy plastic around the power button ring.

So in short: Early Model Elite = No glossy plastic, slightly lighter color
Later Model Elite = Glossy plastic on power button and vents, slightly darker color.

It is the Top HD Compartment Grill Bezel & Bottom Cover.

 This is intact.

It has all good locking clips.

Make sure to take your off pushing in the clips through the holes including the one under the tiny foot as pictured.
