This will NOT fit a Bottom Circle Bottom 0 or Circle Bottom 1. 

This is the Top and Bottom MB Metal Plate Heat Sink as pictured. 

It is in clean condition. 

This goes on Top and Bottom of the Motherboard (Not Included).

The Two Pads are included as pictured.
