These are DEFECTIVE DONOR HDMI Motherboards.

 It comes with Drive board. 

They usually have a Red Ring, No Power at all or On then Right off.

Some may have signs of Corrosion or Liquid damage.

I make sure each has a good HDMI.

Sometimes it might be Just the HDMI port with the Issue/Damage.

I test through AV for Video if it fully powers on but No Video through the HDMI Port.
