We send items promptly, same day if possible. Most items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise stated on specific listings. We always want items to arrive quickly for you, however unless it has been more than 10 working days from postage we cannot view items as lost. This is a Royal Mail policy. Our post is picked up daily by Royal Mail, we do of course rely on them to deliver our items promptly. We generally do not use a tracked service, with some exceptions. Options for expedited delivery is available. Please be patient with regard to delivery, and understand it is out of our control after it has been collected. Our Business Royal Mail account automatically picks the information form eBay regarding postage and address details, please ensure these are correct as we cannot adjust these for you.

We are currently offering a 60 day returns policy. If you have a concern about your item for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can do our best to help. If the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, please allow us the time to rectify this for you. If you have bought the incorrect item or size item, you can send this back but it would be at your cost via the eBay returns procedure.
