Pre-sales:

 

We aim to provide accurate listing information using the eBay compatibility system to make it as simple as possible to match the nuts or bolts you need with your vehicle.

 

With many year experience and access to industry standard data we are able to offer advice to anybody unsure about what wheel nuts or bolts they may need. You can ask us questions via the eBay messaging system (contact seller) or you can speak to us over the phone, see the Business Information section below. If you are ever unsure which item you need it is advisable you ask us before purchasing.

 

After sales:

 

Delivery:

We send orders placed up to 16.45 Mon - Fri out on the same day and we use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. We have found that RM provide the best value for money which allows us to include standard postage in the sale price of our products. Customers are able to choose expedited and tracked services for those more urgent orders.

 

When orders are dispatched you will receive and email from RM confirming the delivery and you are safe in the knowledge that the order will come in your regular post. 95% of the orders we send will fit through a standard letter box.

 

Problems:

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order we recommend you contact us immediately. In most cases an exchange is possible and we will always endeavour to send replacements as quickly as possible.

 

Returns and Refunds:

If there has been an issue with an order and an exchange is agreed we do ask that the customer send the incorrect item back to us. If however the reason for the item being ordered incorrectly is deemed to be our fault (i.e incorrect compatibility stated) we will cover the return cost.

 

We offer a generous 100 day returns policy. We will accept a return within this time for any reason as long as the items have not been used. Again, unless the reason for return is deemed as a fault of our own, we will ask that the customer return to us. Refunds will be made once the goods are back with us and checked.

 

Fitting:

We advise that customers use a professional mechanic or tyre fitter to fit new nuts and bolts. It is always advised that nuts and bolts are put in finger tight to begin with and before torquing up. This will ensure that the threads are correct. In the unlikely event there has been a picking error and the incorrect item sent, wrong threads can damage your wheel hubs. Again, this is a good reason to use a professional.

 

 

All of our deliveries are handled via Royal Mail. We have found they offer the best value for money and the most convenience for our customers. 95% of our items will fit through a standard letter box, so customers can be safe in the knowledge that their order will be delivered by the usual postman in the normal post without needing to take time off.

 

If in the event the parcel cannot be delivered and there is nobody home, the postman will leave a card so that you can collect from your local mail delivery office.

 

We use the new RM barcode labels which gives us a confirmation of delivery, this is very useful but is not to be confused with full tracking. We do however provide options at the checkout to upgrade the delivery to a tracked service if it is required.

 

All of our items listed on eBay include a standard RM delivery.

 

We will send out all orders placed up to 4.45pm on the same day, Mon - Fri. Customers will receive an email from RM confirming delivery - these messages will go to the registered eBay email address.

 

Please note that Royal Mail in general are excellent and will deliver within the estimated time. However unforeseen circumstances can lead to short delays of a day or so (especially at peak times of year). Please do allow a little time for delays.

Payment is primarily Paypal, however if need be we can take card payments over the phone.

 

We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

 

We can accept cash on collection if pre-arranged.

 

We offer a 100 day no quibble returns policy. As long as the products have not been used we will take them back for a refund or exchange.

 

The main reason for returns is fitment issues and in most cases this can be resolved with an exchange.

 

All returns are to be sent back by the customer unless deemed to be the fault of our listings or a picking error, in which case we will provide a return label or cover the cost.

 

Refunds or exchanges will be given upon receipt of the return.

 

Customers must contact us prior to returning an order and should always include a note with their user ID and either refund or exchange request.
