4Y 20" x 35" Wide. Guesstimate is 50s-60s for the age. It feels about the weight of quality quilt fabric, but probably intended for curtian fabric going by the tufted designs near one selvaged edge.  It is tightly woven.

This fabric has been very well taken care of.
