Tripod base, wicker wrapped handle. Pattern appears to be or similar to the 1000 Thousand Flowers Millefiori.

My grandmother collected Japanese satsuma. This is from her collection, she acquired it in the 1950's.  It is in beautiful shape, stands approx. 2 1/4 inches tall with the handle, and 2 1/4 inches across. It is stamped on the bottom.
