42oz of Melt and Pour Soap is so easy to use! Just cut, melt, and customize with your favorite colors and scents, and pour into a mold!

Our soaps are made with skin loving plant based oils with the addition of plant derived glycerin. You can leave this soap unwrapped if you'd like because the base is slightly lower in glycerin when compared to other melt and pour soap bases. This means that the soap wont sweat in humid environments. If you are looking for a natural white soap base to use with eco-friendly packaging, party favors, hostess gifts, as well as shrink-wrapping, look no further! Melt and Pour Soap Bases are an ideal way to hand craft your own soap without the extra time, expense and experience needed to make soap "from scratch".

This natural soap base is the closest to cold process as you can get being a melt and pour! This listing is intended for those who want to make soap for themselves or for their small business. This is my absolute favorite soap base that I have come across and my own customers love it as well!

This listing is for soap molds that hold 42 oz of soap base. You can then add in your additives such as soap safe colorants, fragrances, and more. This takes the guess work out of calculating how much soap to use for your 42 oz rectangular soap mold.

Measurements of mold used: Silicone soap mold (L x W x H):10 x 3 x 2.7 inch, wood box (L x W x H):11 x 3.5 x 3.2 inch

Usage Instructions: Cut the base into small chunks. Place them into a heat-safe container and melt in the microwave using 10 to 30 second bursts, stirring between each one. You can also melt this base in a double boiler on the stove. I works faster than the microwave method.

Remember to use a fragrance calculator when adding in your fragrance oils or essential oils. After pouring into your mold, spritz with alcohol to pop bubbles. Let the soap fully cool and harden for 4 to 24 hours, unmold, and enjoy.

Our 42oz base comes to you hand poured, unmolded, and shrink-wrapped with a label listing the ingredients.
