Synopsis: Two continuing episodes of 'Robin Of Sherwood', the '80s adaptation of the classic Robin Hood tale. Robin of Loxley and his friend Much are arrested in Sherwood Forest for taking one of the King's deer. In the dungeon they meet a group of men who each have been oppressed and wronged by the Norman rulers of the land. Robin leads the disgruntled cons in an escape bid and, once they are safe in the forest, he is approached by a figure out of myth... Herne the Hunter. The Sheriff and his brother, upset over the activities of Robin and his men, arrange a fayre, including an archery contest, in the castle -- a seemingly community-minded gesture -- but it is with ill-intent.
