This vintage Italian wall sconce looks to be covered in -I assume imitation- gold leaf.  It measures about 19 inches wide X 25 inches tall and holds 3 candles.  There are some chips in the paint.  I have another available that matches.  There is a sticker on the back marked Made in Italy.
