Uses
For brushing sensitive teeth and helping to restore sensitive areas, with all the benefits of other regular toothpastes.
Using
- Use like regular toothpaste
- Apply at least a 1-inch strip of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, twice a day (morning and evening) and no more than 3 times a day or as recommended by your dentist.
- Make sure to clean all sensitive areas of your teeth
- Avoid swallowing and spitting out after brushing your teeth
