Upper Deck VTG 1999 Michael Jordan Animated Basketball Telephone#23 Bulls TESTED.  Storage unit find.  I know nothing about this item.  I took it home, put fresh batteries in it (not included) and het the demo button and it made all kinds of good noise.  The light (in the center is broke and does not work) I left the old one in there so you know what type to get to replace it!  This is a limited edition and this is 048878/100000.
