I have not tried to clean the exterior of the pan. Has a beautiful patina with copper, gold, blue, orange, and magenta colors from age. A couple of black spots that I did not try to wash. This is the 10” model but the rim measures 10 3/4”. It is in good pre used condition. See photos they are part of the description.
