For your consideration is an absolutely beautiful vintage dressing gown/robe from Brooks Brothers in size Large.

Made in England of fine heavy velvet cotton and rayon (for durability and color-fastness) in a rich green with multicolored paisley, this sophisticated garment will be a welcome addition to any man's wardrobe.  It is lined in pure silk in a warm red (the photos are brighter than in person) and piped in a similar hue.  Please note: this item came from an estate and is listed as is and as shown.  Any cleaning, pressing or alteration is the responsibility of the buyer.  It is in original complete condition, but has been in storage.  It is wearable as is, but the lining will eventually need to be replaced.  Some of the spots like in the last photo have been scraped off with a fingernail, but the gown should be properly cleaned by a reputable cleaner.  Also note: some of the photos may show something that looks like spots or blemishes, but the velvet catches light differently.  The lower BIN price is reflective of these issues and the gown will last many more years.
