This is a very cute 5" peg clothespin doll made in England.  It was handmade in the 1970's out of a wooden clothespin, cloth, wire, yarn, & dried flowers.  Her face is beautifully painted.  There's a label under the dress that says, "Original Peg Doll" and on the bottom is written England 1970-1980.  I believe this is Little Miss Muffet since there's a spider sewn on her dress.  I guess she should be posed with her hands in the air!  This comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
