Vintage Model T Replica Car made of brass or copper?

This is an older piece. Very dusty from sitting in a garage. Appears to be handmade from the cuts in the metal, though i see a bunch of others on ebay so i'm not sure if these were mass produced or not. 

This one is unique, it was decorated for a 50th wedding anniversary. It has flowers at the bottom and right side, and two Schlitz beer cans are tied with string, hanging from the back bumper. There is a "50" emblem also on the right passenger back side. The wind-up crank on the front hood does work. It plays a song as the front hood taps itself slightly up and down. Super cute!

Item measures approximately 7-1/2" tall x 8-1/2" long x 4" wide

It is in good condition, but like i said very very dusty from sitting in a garage for many years.
