30 DAY RETURNS

If you purchased your item in error or you have simply changed your mind you may still be eligible to return your goods for a refund. However your purchase must comply with the following guidelines:

* The item/s must not be opened, used or damaged in anyway and they must be in perfect condition when they are returned to us.

* The item must be securely packaged to ensure a safe return, packaging must not be defaced in anyway resulting from the return of the item.

* All, return postage costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

* A restocking fee of 10% will apply to cover initial sales costs and the refund amount will also have the original postage costs deducted. Items with Free Postage will still have the original postage deducted at our cost (invoices can be supplied upon demand).
