AIR CON X DEFEND PEDAL LOCK
THE X-DEFEND PEDAL LOCK PREVENTS THE CLUTCH, BRAKE AND THROTTLE PEDAL FROM BEING OPERATED, MAKING A VEHICLE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DRIVE! UNLIKE OTHER PEDAL LOCKS, THIS REMAINS BOLTED TO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. WHEN NOT IN USE, IT FOLDS FLAT ON THE FLOOR AND SEAT BOX, FORMING THE FLOOR OF THE CAB. IN THIS POSITION IT CAN BE COVERED WITH YOUR USUAL FLOOR MAT. THIS MEANS YOU DON’T HAVE TO STORE A 20KG LUMP OF METAL WHICH COULD BE LETHAL IF IT HIT YOU IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT OR WHILE OFF-ROADING. IT ALSO MEANS THAT LOCKING IS INCREDIBLY QUICK. JUST RELEASE THE CATCH WHICH HOLDS IT AGAINST THE SEAT BOX AND LOCK INTO POSITION. A 10MM THICK STEEL CLAW GRABS THE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT AND RATCHETS IN TIGHT AGAINST IT. IT CAN BE LOCKED IN A COUPLE OF SECONDS! TO UNLOCK TURN THE KEY WHICH RELEASES THE PEDAL AND FOLD FLAT ON THE FLOOR. THE PEDAL LOCK IS SUPPLIED IN TOUGH, CORROSION PROOF 304 STAINLESS STEEL AND USES FORMED HINGES WITH A 6MM STAINLESS PIN. IT IS SUPPLIED WITH AN ANTI-DRILL, BRITISH MADE LOWE & FLETCHER RPT LOCK.

THIS DOES NOT FIT SERIES/DEFENDER - 2007 ONWARDS. AS NOT ALL DEFENDERS ARE THE SAME AND BUILD TOLERANCES ARE AT BEST ACCEPTABLE IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO EITHER RELOCATE THE BONNET PULL BRACKET (YOU CAN DRILL OUT THE SPOT WELDS AND RE-ATTACH WITH POP RIVETS) OR BETTER STILL REPLACE WITH THE LATER TD5 TYPE BONNET PULL (FSC000050PMA). WE HAVE DISCOVERED THAT BECAUSE LAND ROVER HAD NO SET PLACE TO FIT THE EARLY TYPE BRACKET IT SOMETIMES FOULS THE PEDAL LOCK.

Delivery
Shipping cost shown is for delivery to a UK mainland address. An over surcharge of between £10- £50 will apply to non-mainland UK locations for all courier deliveries. Please contact us for further details.
EXPORT
Our Export team will aim to dispatch your order as soon as everything on the order becomes available. Export orders are dispatched daily using respective courier service (Subject to Destination). Please ensure that there will be someone at the address to receive the parcel. Please examine the packaging for damage before accepting and signing for. Once you have signed for the goods in good condition no claims for damage can be accepted. Delivery charges on Export orders are calculated by destination country. Please contact our export team for Delivery charge.
Returns policy
You may return any unused parts up to 3 days from date of receipt. To return a part please contacts us for a returns authority number. We will require your invoice number at this time. The cost of returning the part is to be at the customer’s expense.
Please note any part returned to us without a return number
will not be processed for credit or returned to you.
Parts that have been fitted will not be accepted
as returns. Nor will parts that are in not in the original packaging or that
are unfit for resale unless you are claiming warranty.Please include an invoice
copy with any return.
All goods have 1 year manufacturers' warranty,
warranty items must be returned for test and report by the manufacturer -
except in exceptional circumstances if the manufacturer deems the part not to
be faulty, the warranty claim will be rejected.
To return a part for a warranty claim please
contact us for a warranty claim form and warranty returns authorisation number.
Please note any part returned to us without a
warranty returns authorisation number and a FULLY COMPLETED warranty claim form
cannot be processed for a warranty claim credit or returned to you. The cost of
returning the part is to be at the customer’s expense upon completion of a successful claim we will refund
the value paid for the part or replace the part at our discretion. Unless insurance is selected, goods damaged in transit
will only be refunded at the statutory level decreed by the credit policy of
