In 1991 I visited Scott in San Francisco and ordered this 10 ft 4 wt 2.8 oz beautiful fly rod.  Mr. Wilson took me out to the street to try various rods and recommended this one for the type of streams I was fishing.  The rod, which has been rarely fished ( not at all in the last 20 years), is in very fine condition and shows no wear but for some coloration on the cork.  The rod bears my name and also reads "Scott-10.0'-4 Line" and "2.8 oz G1004-92-12640" in hand written script under the finish.
