Vintage Style pattern 3933, c.1984.

Babies' Dress, Pinafore & Romper: All models, gathered onto a single yoke (bias cut for model 4 and 5), have back button fastening which forms a soft pleat. Model 1,2,3 and 5 have sleeves gathered at head with elastic inserted through bias binding casing at lower edge forming self ruffles. Model 1, with trimmed yoke seam and model 5 have contrasting pointed collar. Model 2 has contrasting yoke, gathered yoke frill and bias cut neck bind and bow. Model 3 has trimmed neck and yoke seam and bias cut neck bind. Model 4 has square neckline and gathered armhole frills. Model 5 has elasticated legs and snap fastening crotch band.
