RETURN POLICY:
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of when you receive the
item. If you have any issues or problems with anything you have
purchased, please contact us directly first as we are more than willing
to assist you in finding a solution to your problem or concern before
you open a return case. When returning items, please make sure
the item is in a similar condition when sold, and includes all parts and
accessories, including cords and cables. Failure to do so may result in
the deduction of the cost of the missing item(s) from your refund.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
We offer a 30-day warranty on all New, Used, and Refurbished items and
purchases. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with
any problems or concerns. Refurbished Phones come with a 1-year
replacement warranty. This applies to refurbished phones only.
Items sold as "For Parts Or Repair" or any variation thereof are not covered by this warranty.
