VTG Fisherman Picnic Woman Wooded Nature 3D Bas Relief Rectangular Wall Plaque.   Charming piece, there is no branding but I had found the piece online a while back.  It is Vintage but that is all I remember.  It measures approximately 6" tall x 9" wide.  This reminds me of Sandstone but it could be resin or a mix of materials.  The picture is a charming scene where a Fisherman is headed across the pond to take her girl on a picnic so quaint.
