Pure 100% copper gardening trowel, made in the UK from a piece of copper pipe. The handle is all part of the same piece of copper, so it will not ever fall apart.

Many benefits to using copper gardening tools:
No rust.
Deters slugs.
Research shows that copper tools can increase crop yields and plant health (look at the work of Viktor Schauberger).

I got the idea to make these trowels while working with Charles Dowding, the great
no-dig market gardener.
Here are a couple of videos where he uses one of my trowels:

You can still use a trowel to remove weeds in a no-dig style. The no-dig way is to slice through the root rather then upheave the soil.

These trowels will last for many years if looked after. They will not rust, and will completely survive getting lost in a compost heap. Copper is a fairly soft metal, so not the best when working with rocky ground, thick woody roots, or very hard soil. I will not be able to give refunds if you bend your trowel, so just use it carefully. If it does get bent however, it can usually be fixed by hammering it back into shape against a log.
Having said all that, people are usually pleasantly surprised by how sturdy my trowels are!
