Deliveries / Shipping

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment.  Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice or delivery - item will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier i.e. UK Mail, Evri or DPD who are usually a next day service.  If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery.  If the item is returned to us due to your  failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we hold the right to charge you another delivery fee and possibly an additional fee to cover the return cost that we may be charged by many courier companies).  Where personal collections are available there is a £3 handling charge per item. 

*If you decide you don't like the item, changed your mind or ordered wrong product and would like to return it, the actual P&P costs incurred to send to you will be deducted from the refund amount regardless if the original purchased price included P&P.*
