#ADB3 16 Gb FC 4 Port Adapter Cards (Pair)

This feature provides two I/O adapter cards, each with four 16 Gb FC ports and shortwave SFP transceivers. It is used to add 16 Gb FC connectivity to the Storwize V7000 control enclosure and are designed to support FC-NVMe.

This card also supports longwave transceivers that can be intermixed on the card with shortwave transceivers in any combination. Longwave transceivers are ordered using feature ACHU.

• Comments:
  • Supported on Models 724, U7B only.
  • Maximum allowed applies to total quantity of all host interface card features (features ADB3, ADB4, ADB6, ADB7).
  • Not compatible with feature ADN2 on the initial machine order.
  • When feature 5555 is present on the order, maximum allowed is 255 per feature.
  • When feature ACWx or ADNR is present on the order, maximum allowed is 255 per feature and requisite features are not applicable.
