29 October 1888 -- this letter was sent to Dr. Openshaw, who performed the medical examination on the portion of kidney received by George Lusk in conjunction with the "From Hell" letter. Few researchers give this letter any credence.

LETTER AND ENVELOPE FROM 1888 , WAS IT A CRANK OR JACK THE RIPPER HIMSELF ??? The amount of interest around the grizzly murders created the phenomenon of claiming to be the Ripper , here is one of a few I've listed , it is not known which, if any where the man himself, but these are reproduction's of some of them.(See other listings for others).
