The wide rounded neckline and bustline are shirred, the torso is fitted -
Full skirt from the waist down - Perfect to add a crinoline/petticoat underneath.
There is a side zipper to a clean streamlined fitted look.

The dress is approx. 17" across the bust, 12.5" at the waist and 43" long.
