It is signed by the artist AW Hartley.

It would look fantastic in a nice frame.

In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. There's a small mark in the sky

& some parts of the edges have had a little knock but it wil not be noticed behind a good frame.

Approx 18 by 14".
