Sale is for (2) Two 1931 vintage Crest & Seal, (USPC) United States Playing Card Co., gambling poker chips from the (DLC) Deluxe Club, De Luxe Club, that was located in Galveston, Texas during it’s illegal gambling heyday (at 2019 Avenue E, Galveston, Tx.) The Deluxe Club was owned by the leaders of the infamous Galveston Beach Gang, Ollie Quinn and his partner Dutch Voight.

Selling One, black chip (10 on one side/DLC other). One, red (DLC logo both sides)…I will combine shipping if you purchase multiple sets of chips....I have (3) sets, (6) chips total….All are in fantastic condition.

Ollie J. Quinn was a gang leader in Galveston, Tx during the early 1900s. He, with Dutch Voight led the Beach Gang, one of the two gangs which controlled most of the Galveston underworld until the mid-1920s. As the Prohibition Era began his gang came to be one of the dominant forces in the Galveston liquor trade. He was generally considered the dominant figure in vice, especially gambling, on the island. His main casino, the Deluxe Club, was a fixture in the city.
