How to Activate this eSIM Card

  1. We ship all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
  2. Once your order has arrived, scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your ICCID and your arrival date.
  3. After you have landed please connect to a reliable Wifi network.
  4. Watch for a push notification on your device that your AT&T cellular plan is ready to be installed.
  5. Tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the AT&T network.
  6. Please note steps may vary for different devices.

Please note:

  1. Please note this product is for iPhone users only. For Android phone users we recommend purchasing a Physical SIM
  2. Check your mobile phone is compatible with AT&T by searching "Devices working on the ATT Network" to check your device and "Bring your own Device BYOD" to check your IMEI number.
  3. This eSIM card does NOT work on iPads, Tablets, or any other data-only devices (it is NOT a Data eSIM card).
  4. Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 3 days prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival.
  5. Any changes to the activation date, will need requested at least 3 days prior to your original arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your service.
  6. Should you require an activation on the same day, we're commited to expediting the process. However, please note that eSIM activation is subject to a window of up to 24 hours. Activation might occur at any point during this timeframe. If you submit a same-day eSIM activation request after 16.30pm PST time, it will automatically be processed on the following business day.
  7. Please note that your AT&T Travel eSIM card will be activated at 8am Pacific Standard Time (PST) on your arrival date.
  8. Should you require an activation on the same day, we're committed to expediting the process. However, please note that eSIM activation is subject to a window of up to 24 hours. Activation might occur at any point during this timeframe. If you submit a same-day eSIM activation request after 16.30pm PST time, it will automatically be processed on the following business day.
  9. No hotspot/tethering
  10. Data prioritisation rules apply. During peak hours, a small fraction of customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds.
  11. * For Canada, customers may experience reduced data speeds of 512kbps while using their service.
  12. Android phones from Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi and other Chinese phone brands may not be compatible with the AT&T network.

Delivery

  1. We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.
  3. General Delivery Information:
    - Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
    - Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    - Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
    - Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
    - eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.
  4. Once the order is lodged with Australia Post we have no control over delivery times. For information regarding delivery and estimated delivery times please visit www.auspost.com.au.
  5. All Standard Delivery and Express Post delivery options will include a tracking number to enable you to track your order here http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
  6. For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
  7. For Express Post, please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.

Returns

  1. We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  2. The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  3. We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  4. Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
  5. No return or refunds if the eSIM card has already been activated.
