Returns   
If a part has arrived incorrectly or has been ordered incorrectly, you have 14 days from the day you receive the items to check them and inform us of a return, then a further 7 days to return the items to us.
   
If a part has become faulty during the warranty period, you have 7 days to return the part to us after notifying us. All this must be in writing either via email or letter.
