OEM candy ruby red right  sidecover with original badge with its original mounting.  It. fits CB175 1970K4, 1971K5 and the 1970 CL175 K4.  It has faded paint and puncture spot  of damage shown in the pictures that was strongly repaired with clear epoxy and screen.  Otherwise it is solid, and has no other cracks or broken tabs.
