CONN CLASSICAL GUITAR C 10 JAPAN 70S. Vintage And IN GREAT SHAPE!!.

Vintage early 1970s Conn C-10 acoustic, classical guitar. It was made in Japan and has a spruce top, and oplaca (Honduran Mahagony) on the sides and back. The fingerboard and bridge are rosewood. A gorgeous instrument!

I replaced the old bridge saddle with a new bone Saddle and adjusted for string height.

It has two small spots on the back with some discoloration, but overall good finish all over the instrument. It’s perfect action, but you have some room for adjustment if needed. It is a beautiful instrument and in really good shape for its age.

My process when I refresh a guitar:

1. Remove strings

2. Do a complete instrument cleaning.

3. Replace any parts that may be needed.

4. Clean and lube tuners if needed

5. Perform the D’Addario 3-Step clean and polish process. Good stuff!

5. Polish the metal frets. Clean the fretboard and apply lemon oil to the rosewood or other fretboard wood used.

6. Adjust string height if action is too high or low.

7. Put on new strings, Ernie Ball or D’Addario.

8. Carefully package the instrument for shipping
