Atmospheric oil painting landscape scene featuring a fisherman’s cottage with boat on a foggy morning, Mid 20th Century.

Presented in a period wooden frame and signed lower right, excellent colour and condition.

Derry was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. A painter mostly of landscapes, she was self-taught. She was a member of NS and showed at ROI, SWA, RBA, NEAC, Century Galleries in Henley-on-Thames and widely in south of England and at Paris Salon. Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum,
Bournemouth currently holds her works.
