"Dairy technologists have long puzzled over how to separate noble proteins from whey from other substances partially dissolved (emulsified) in the liquid phase of sweetened milk, i.e. from precipitated (denatured) proteins, cholesterol and milk fat. The separation method that solved this problem was it is called microfiltration and the technological process is known as Cross Flow Microfiltration (CFM).It uses special ceramic filters that allow only whey protein to pass through, while other unwanted components are trapped inside the filter.
With CFM technology, the noble protein does not come into contact with any aggressive chemicals (hydrochloric acid, caustic soda), which are used in the production of protein isolates using the so-called Ion exchange separation. The CFM method is therefore a purely physical method in which there are no chemical changes in the whey protein. BevGrad ™ XtraSmooth Flax is heat-treated ground linseed cleaned with the special MicroSure ™ Plus technology, thanks to which the naturally beneficial substances contained in flax are preserved.
PepForm ™ Leucine peptides are produced by a process that converts free forms of leucine into Leucine peptides by isolation from fresh whey using timeless fractionation and separation technologies. The result of the process is a unique content of a surprising 40% of leucine.
DigeZyme® - a multienzyme complex of amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase and lactase.
Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop (30g) of the OptiWhey® CFM Instant Protein product with 200-300 ml of water or low-fat milk. Use an Amix ™ blender or hand shaker. The daily dose is 1-3 servings depending on your daily protein requirement.
