Vintage movie poster from an estate in great condition. The Dawn Patrol was a 1930 WWI movie by First National Pictures that stared Richard Barthelmess as a fighter pilot with Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and Neil Hamilton. It was adapted from the story The Flight Commander and was directed by Howard Hawks. This litho was made in 1970 in the USA from the Michael Shaw Collection. It’s printed on a heavy stock paper and measures 19 1/2” x 29”. There are no creases and the colors are still strong with no fading. The corners have small pin holes in the outer border. The white has slightly discolored from age which only shows from the back. This will display very nicely with a great vintage look. See photos for best description.
