Autoterm water and air heaters are built to ISO 9001-2015 standards. In addition, they have whole vehicle approval for use in road vehicles under E2 R10 and E2 R122.

A specific bracket is included with the VW T5 & T6 kit to attach the heater either internally or externally.

Included in the VW T5/T6 kit:

• Comfort controller
• Fuel pump with mounting bracket
• 1 meter of exhaust with silencer
• 1 fuel dip fuel tube and fuel line
• 1 power cable with integral fuse box
• 1 control panel cable
• 1 fuel pump power cable
• A silencer air intake
• 1 exhaust heat lagging
• A selection of nuts and bolts

The comfort controller has:

• Digital screen
• Temperature sensor
• Inbuilt diagnostic tool
• Shows voltage of batteries
• Has multiple power settings

The external kit comes with:

• 1 x External VW mounting bracket.
• 2 x 60mm vents
• 1.5m x 60mm ducting

The 2KW PLANAR 2D is one of the smallest heater models currently on the market and is designed not only for use in campervans, but also boats up to 33 feet in length, as well as crew cabins and workspaces, commercial vans, and trucks.

The PLANAR 2D air heater has a capacity of 0.8 to 2 kW and can heat up to 75 m3 of air every hour. It continues to run efficiently, consuming between 0.1 and 0.24 litres of diesel per hour. The T5/T6 kit uses the 12v version, which is available in both 12 and 24v versions.
