{The natural crease from walking of both shoes have some pulling away at the rubber seam. This is known to happen with Vans shoes. It is not gaping wide. A little shoe goo will fix it right up. I have pictured the item you would need to correct this issue. It will NOT be included in the listing for purchase.

The shoes have normal wear and tear. A cleaning will do them good as there is some dirt spots and the rubber has some scuffs. Magic eraser for the rubber will help with this.}
